Photos
I was introduced to photography in high school. After three semesters of photography classes, I was hired to be a yearbook editor. We were known as “yerds,” or yearbook nerds. Although my photography is not published anymore, I still enjoy it and love capturing family photos, friends and other beautiful moments.
Videos
I found my way into amateur videography when the school that I teach Irish dance at was looking to do video marketing for our social media platforms. I took this opportunity to teach myself how to create something special with my camera and a creative eye.
Marketing
I’ve had the opportunity to do freelance marketing for a number of people and organizations. This ranges from realtors, dance schools, students, brides and grooms and more!
Writing
As a journalism major, I have spent many hours honing my writing skills. However, I enjoy writing most when it is for fun or a project. During my time at Xcel Energy, I had the opportunity to write an article that was published in their monthly magazine, Xtra. Check out the story and other writing samples, below.
